Training Sessions
The following training sessions are provided by CSC. Each level of training accommodates the skills and abilities of the skaters the sessions are intended for. For the safety of other skaters and for yourself, you must be approved by all coaches to attend a higher level class. If you have not been approved for a higher level class you will not be able to participate.
It is easy to skate fast but it is another to skate safe!

Helmet and gloves are compulsory for this class. This class is aimed at skaters who are looking to further develop their skills. It is conducted at slower speed and on a shorter track than the intermediate/advanced outdoor class. This is a great introduction to outdoor skating. If you wish to start training outdoor, please talk to your coach first for more details. Helmet and gloves are compulsory for this class. This class is only suitable for experienced outdoor skaters. Please seek approval from your coaches prior to attending this class. Remember to keep an eye on your email and our Facebook members only page for updates and cancellation due to weather and court availability. |

| 5pm-6pm | Advanced Beginners |
All skaters must have at least Level 2 speed certificate and approval of all coaches to graduate to this class. |
Caribbean Rollerama |
| 6pm-7pm | Intermediates |
Advanced beginners will transition to this class by initially taking part in warm up only. This class is fast and requires a level of skill and stamina that will be assessed by the coaches during your transition period. |

All skaters must have at least Level 2 speed certificate and approval of all coaches to graduate to this class. The class begins with 30 minutes off skate warm up exercises followed by one hour of focus on technique and general speed skating drills. |

Suited ONLY for skaters with approval from all of the coaches. This is a fast class aimed primarily at the advanced racing skaters. |
